I am a Personal Trainer and Registered Dietitian and have experience working with clients of all ages, abilities and goals. Fitness and nutrition have changed my life for the better, and I now love being able to share my passion and expertise with clients.
I believe in creating custom workouts and nutrition plans that are individualized, science-based, enjoyable and maintainable. In my training sessions you can expect to see weight training specifically designed for your body, high intensity interval training, functional training, and stretching.
